Know the moment a patient is roomed.
Roomed is a simple clinic tool: a medical assistant taps a room number, and the provider's iPhone gets an instant notification with a wait timer. The provider taps Done on walking in — and can request a chaperone with one tap.
How do I join my clinic?
Ask whoever set up the clinic to show you the QR code (in the app: person-plus icon on the provider screen). Scan it, or paste the clinic code, pick your role, and you're in.
I'm not getting notifications.
Check iOS Settings → Notifications → Roomed is allowed, and that you're signed into iCloud. Then force-quit and reopen the app once.
How do I leave a clinic?
Settings (gear icon) → Leave clinic. You can rejoin anytime with the QR code.
What's the chaperone button?
Providers can request a chaperone for a room they've entered; every active medical assistant gets an alert, and the first to tap "On it" claims it.
