Overview

StackTrackerPro ("the App") is a poker session tracking application. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data the App collects and how it is used.

Data Collection

StackTrackerPro does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers. The App does not use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking services.

Data Storage

All data you enter into the App — including tournament sessions, cash game sessions, hand notes, photos, and settings — is stored locally on your device and optionally synced to your personal iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit framework. This data is accessible only to you through your Apple ID.

iCloud Sync

If you have iCloud enabled, the App uses Apple's CloudKit to sync your data across your devices. This data is stored in your private iCloud database and is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not have access to your iCloud data.

Photos and Camera

The App may request access to your camera and photo library to scan tournament blind structures, capture chip stack photos, and store buy-in receipts. These photos are stored locally on your device and in your private iCloud database. They are never shared with us or any third party.

Location

The App may request access to your location to help find nearby poker venues. Location data is used only on-device and is never transmitted to external servers.

Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services. If you choose to share content to social media (such as X/Twitter), that sharing is initiated by you and governed by the respective platform's privacy policy.

Children's Privacy

StackTrackerPro is not directed at children under 17. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
